Wilber Wang mainly practice in Dispute Resolution, M&A.
Currently, Wilber works as a part-time arbitrator for many arbitration institutions, including Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Shanghai Arbitration Commission. Yifan Chen, Partner, Anli Partners
陈轶凡，合伙人，安理律师事务所

Yifan Chen, graduated from the graduate school of Law, Chuo University, Japan, with a Master degree in International Corporate Relations Law. In 2020, he joined the Anli Partners (Shanghai) as a partner. On December 1st, 2014, he registered at the Japan Bar Association as a formal Foreign Law Attorney (subordinated to the Tokyo Bar Association) under the approval of the Japanese Legal Office. Frank Jeng, Vice President of Purplevine IP Group

Frank Jeng is the Vice President of Purplevine IP Group, a full service IP group based in China. Frank oversees Purplevine’s litigation and licensing practice and its global expansion. He is a licensed attorney in the United States and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Purplevine, Frank was a partner in the Chicago and Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. He is one of the few attorneys who have extensive experience in both areas of corporate and litigation across the United States and Greater China.
With over 10 years of experience in cross-border litigation, Frank Jeng specializes in international dispute resolution, including IP litigation, commercial litigation and white-collar investigation, and cross-border transactions, including M&As, IPOs, IP licensing and general corporate matters.
